Platform Economy and Cohesion of European Competition Policy – May 23, 2017 Helsinki
On May 23rd, the conference “Platform Economy and Cohesion of European Competition Policy” took place in Helsinki. Professor Hildebrand spoke as keynote speaker about the digital economy and its relationship to the European competition policy. Her contribution covered the application of antitrust instruments to platforms in accordance with the framework of the European School.
The conference was hosted by the University of Turku, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and the Finnish Competition Law Association. The conference took place in the historical House of Estates in Helsinki.
