This Privacy Notice applies to data processing in connection with the following purposes of the European Economic & Marketing Consultants - EE&MC GmbH (hereinafter: "EE&MC"), Kennedydamm 24, 40476 Düsseldorf.

The handling of your data provided by EE&MC takes place in accordance with the legal regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). Personal information is information that personally identifies you. (for example, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number).

When you visit the website www.ee-mc.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of this website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information will be collected without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion:

  • IP address of the requesting computer
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file
  • Website from which access takes place (referrer URL)
  • The browser used by your computer and, if necessary, its operating system as well
  • the name of your access provider

What are the data processing purposes?

The data mentioned are processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensure a smooth connection setup and comfortable use of the website
  • Evaluation of system security and stability
  • for further administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest of EE&MC in data processing results from the aforementioned purposes. In no case EE&MC does make use of the collected data to draw conclusions about you.

The personal data collected when using the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of your request. They are only collected if you provide them to EE&MC by yourself in the contact form above or in e-mails. The data processing for the purpose of establishing contact with EE&MC takes place pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO voluntarily. Without your personal details, EE&MC does not know from whom the request originated, cannot contact you and cannot answer your request. Further information is also voluntary. Your personal data will be used exclusively to process your specific request. In addition, EE&MC collects, processes, and uses your personal data only if you have given your consent or if EE&MC is obliged to do so, cf. Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a and c DSGVO.

As far as on this website juristic-scientific contents are communicated, e.g. if your personal data are not already public in the specific context, processing of personal data takes place in anonymised or pseudonymised form (§ 28 Abs. 1 DSG NRW), unless you have one use of your personal data also for these purposes before consented.

Your data will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable laws and will only be stored for as long as it is

  • necessary for the fulfillment and settlement of agreements that you or your company conclude with EE&MC, including pre-contractual measures that are carried out at your request (article 6 (1) sentence 1, lit. DSGVO);
  • require legal obligations, in particular statutory retention and documentation obligations (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 letter c DSGVO), such as for submission to and examination by financial, tax and supervisory authorities; - according to the Civil Code or the Commercial Code i. d. R. for ten years;
  • is permitted for scientific and historical research purposes, for archival purposes in the public interest and for statistical purposes (Article 5 (1) (b) and (e) of the GDPR).

A transmission of your personal data to third parties takes place only if

  • You have given your express consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR);
  • the transfer is legally permissible and necessary for the execution of contractual relationships with you or your company (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR);
  • there is a legal obligation (Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR);
  • disclosure is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in not disclosing your data (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

EE&MC is obligated to keep your personal data factually correct and up-to-date (Article 5 (1) (d) GDPR). Please help to fulfill this obligation by communicating changes to your data!

Information about the collection of personal data

The use of our website is usually possible without providing further personal data. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly excluded. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

How long is your personal data preserved?

We only store personal data as long as you want to receive information, or we want to keep in touch with you.

Do you have the right of access, rectification, erasure or contradiction?

You have the right,

  • in accordance with Art. 15 to 17 GDPR, to provide precise information about the processing, the correction of incorrect, completion incomplete or the deletion of your personal data; In the cases provided for by law, the deletion may be replaced by a blocking of the data;
  • to restrict the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR;
  • in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data, which you have provided EE&MC, in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible;
  • revoke your consent to the storage and processing of your personal data at any time with future effect pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR with the result that EE&MC may not continue the data processing based on this consent;
  • to complain to a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR; i. d. R. may refer you to the supervisor of your usual place of residence or workplace or the registered office;
  • to file an objection against the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future, in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

Information on contacting

If you send EE&MC a message via the contact form or by e-mail unencrypted, the message is not protected against unauthorized access or modification by third parties during the transfer. Please also take into account that EE&MC's IT service provider may have temporary access to your personal information as part of its services. He is obliged to secrecy according to the data protection requirements. Alternatively, you can call EE&MC. The number is given on the top of the page.

Privacy statement for the use of Google reCaptcha

We use the Google reCaptcha service to determine whether a person or a computer makes a specific entry in our contact or newsletter form. Google uses the following data to check whether you are a human or a computer: IP address of the terminal device used, the website that you are visiting and on which the Captcha is integrated, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the device used Browser and operating system type, Google account if you are logged in to Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas and tasks that require you to identify images. The legal basis for the data processing described is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation. There is a legitimate interest on our part in this data processing, to ensure the security of our website and to protect us from automated input (attacks).

This Privacy Policy applies only to this site, and not specifically to other Internet service providers, to which only a link refers whose data collection and use EE&MC has no knowledge.
