Economic study on the competitive effects of a new digital broadcasting offer awarded by Broadcasting Council of Bayerischer Rundfunk

EE&MC is asked to give their expert opinion on the market effects of the most recent digital media concept of Bayerischer Rundfunk and the ARD Programme Project management is with Prof. Dr. Dr. Doris Hildebrand and Dr. Pascal Hildebrand.


This is another challenging project for the experienced digital experts who developed the economic concept of the three-stage-test-procedure in 2009 within the state aid case at the European Commission.
