EE&MC GmbH opens new office in Munich in January 2026

A strategic milestone on the path to a successful internationalization

EE&MC GmbH continues its consistent growth course and opens a new office in Munich. With this step, the company marks another milestone in its development and at the same time strengthens its position as an internationally oriented economic consulting firm for antitrust and arbitration proceedings.

Munich is much more than an additional location for EE&MC. With the new Munich office, we are creating a centre of excellence for international mandates, cutting-edge economic research and court expert opinions on challenging competition economics issues. The proximity to globally active companies/clients, leading law firms and courts creates an environment that is ideally suited to EE&MC's claim to combine economic excellence with practical relevance at the highest level.

Munich is also one of the most important academic centers in Germany and Europe. The Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in particular stands for outstanding economic education and research for decades. Geographical proximity to this academic institution opens up direct access for EE&MC to an exceptional pool of excellently trained graduates. Access to the best economists is a central component of the EE&MC strategy, that is aimed at ensuring scientific and practical quality of our expert advisory services.

The opening of the Munich office underlines EE&MC's ambition to further expand international mandates and projects and at the same time to deepen its roots in Germany's leading economic and legal center. In the future, the new location will play an important role in dealing with cross-border issues in complex antitrust and abuse proceedings as well as in the preparation of economic reports with an international focus.

EE&MC sees its presence in Munich as an investment in the future, in intellectual capital, in international visibility and in the sustainable development of the company. The new office is therefore not only a geographical, but above all a strategic step that consistently continues the company's claim to economic excellence and international connectivity.

In this context, EE&MC is expressly looking forward to receiving applications from outstandingly qualified economists and empiricists from Munich who are at the beginning of their professional careers or have relevant professional experience and share the aspiration to conduct economic analysis at the highest scientific and practical level.
