The Fordham Competition Law Institute (FCLI) presented its annual International Antitrust Law and Policy Conference, which is widely recognized as one of the premier events in the field. The 46th edition took place from 11 to 13 of September in New York and was complemented by an Antitrust Economics Workshop. These year’s workshop featured economic experts and leading antitrust practitioners speaking on key topics, also including a network luncheon.
This year’s panel discussions addressed antitrust and populism, merger enforcement, emerging topics in competition law and health care, vertical restraints and managing multijurisdictional risks and issues.
EE&MC sponsors the event since 2015.
